Sometimes it's good to avoid nail polishes and gels: treatments to strengthen hands and nails

It is good for your nails to take a rest from time to time, away from nail polishes and gels. It helps to strengthen them, make them healthier and easier to embellish with a new nail art. Not applying nail polish, however, does not mean neglecting your nails. There are many other natural treatments to be carried out to make them stronger and healthier.

For example, if your nails are dull or yellowed, you can revive them with a bath based on water, oil and lemon juice, a mix that will have a double effect, whitening and nourishing. It is also very important to hydrate them with ingredients such as argon and shea butter, present in various hand masks.

The ideal to regenerate the latter is definitely the massage, to be carried out perhaps using a nourishing oil such as that of almonds or jojoba: make circular movements starting from the palm and slowly arrive at the fingertips, concentrating on one finger at a time. Once finished, you will feel your hands enveloped in a warm feeling of relaxation.
